Types of Sellers:
• Oil company looking to do a sale leaseback on its RE
• Developer with land, but unable to finance project
• Developer with new construction, unable to refinance construction/mini-perm
• Bank looking to sell foreclosed assets (Or introduction to weak borrower)
• Rancher or Oil company needing to create liquidity
